Great hat

"Excellent fit for this wool western style hat. It’s my first EJ hat. I have had a couple of summer purses and they are well-loved. Glad I took this plunge as we are having more opportunities enjoying outdoor venues. The hat complements my boots very well. I recommend taking the plunge and getting it. is this hat water repellent like the other wool-felt hats?
Not water repellent but resistant
What are the measurements of the s/m? I bought the m/l, but it fits a little big. I think the s/m might be too small though.
